For over 10 years, I’ve worked with leaders and teams on development. Before that, my focus was on getting people to truly listen and interact—with each other and their audience. Not in a regular office, but on stage and in music production studios. Creating meaningful and value creating experiences through collaboration has always been at the heart of what I do.

​Today, I bring that same energy and focus into the world of business and leadership. The instruments and stage have been swapped for proven, research-based tools and methods in team and leadership development
